I called today in a bit of a tizzy and spoke to Brittany about issues we were having with our current Sentricon service provider's unwillingness to work with us on the scheduling of monitoring of our bait system. She was very pleasant on the phone and advised us first we needed to know if we were under contract with the provider providing nothing but grief. After we spoke and unbeknownst to me, Brittany went to her management to see if there wasn't someway they could help us with our current dilemma. She then took the time to call me back and let me know they were working on a resolve.
