We called due to a termite swarm and was pleased to have someone sent out within a couple of hours. Josh arrived promptly and went over everything possible. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough.

Dustin (technician) arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled time. He was very professional and described everything he was doing. He took the time to give us a quote on termite control.

Dandi was able to get us scheduled the next day, and they always answer the phone or call us right back! Everyone we've spoken to has been helpful and friendly! They let us know they're coming ahead of time and Jeremy and Chris have both been so courteous when they're here.
