My employer hired this company to get rid of a brown recluse spider infestation I had at my store. Honestly, I felt it was going to take some serious actions to get rid of these and no spray was going to cut it. To my surprise, I 100% have not seen a single one since the very first treatment. And when I say infestation, I mean there wasn't anywhere you could look and not see one, as I had disrupted a nest or something digging files out of a closet. I would recommend this company all day. We just had our 7th monthly treatment. But the icing on the cake was a tech named Cameron.

I called Dandi with pest concerns. Josh was informative and helpful. I appreciated that he took time talk to me before I was even a customer. We scheduled an inspection for the following day which he performed thoroughly. He gave recommendations and answered all of my question. He was able to get us in this week to start service.

I called today in a bit of a tizzy and spoke to Brittany about issues we were having with our current Sentricon service provider's unwillingness to work with us on the scheduling of monitoring of our bait system. She was very pleasant on the phone and advised us first we needed to know if we were under contract with the provider providing nothing but grief. After we spoke and unbeknownst to me, Brittany went to her management to see if there wasn't someway they could help us with our current dilemma. She then took the time to call me back and let me know they were working on a resolve.
