I called today in a bit of a tizzy and spoke to Brittany about issues we were having with our current Sentricon service provider's unwillingness to work with us on the scheduling of monitoring of our bait system. She was very pleasant on the phone and advised us first we needed to know if we were under contract with the provider providing nothing but grief. After we spoke and unbeknownst to me, Brittany went to her management to see if there wasn't someway they could help us with our current dilemma. She then took the time to call me back and let me know they were working on a resolve.

Keith W/Dandi, has always been professional and courteous, when he’s treated our Tenant suites. He’s very professional in his service and most of all, he is very thorough!

We were using another company that didn't come out for the service as scheduled and could never be reached. Dandi was able to get us scheduled the next day, and they always answer the phone or call us right back! Everyone we've spoken to has been helpful and friendly! They let us know they're coming ahead of time and Jeremy and Chris have both been so courteous when they're here.
